Tonight's my late night at work
…yet I’m up with the Goose, watching cartoons and drinking coffee. I gave the kid a sip, sue me. I have to do a zillion things before I leave the house today and actually set foot onto campus, but I’m actually cool with that. I like this job and I look forward to seeing the students. Staying late…not an issue. Getting up tomorrow for regular hours…issue.

Foxwoods
We went on a mini vacation with friends last weekend to Foxwoods and let me just say: Stay at MGM Grand. Great choice. Walking to any other section of the resort is like being in Oregon Trail…halfway through, you lose some pioneers and your oxen drown…it’s that long. I haven’t really posted lately, and that’s because I have been working a real jobby job, with real hours and early mornings. But really, when the most annoying part of my day is nine hours in tights, I have to say I have a pretty sweet position. And, oh…I finally decided to succumb to Pinterest. Time suck x 10.

One Month Down...
So I’m really digging this new job. Even though today was an eye-opener re: the amount of responsibility I have, it feels like a great fit. My first workshop is Wednesday with another on Thursday. Let’s see how I feel on Friday.
